For our first-ever Whatever! Makes You Happy X Sesame Street collection, we shrunk some of those childhood favorites down into Phone Buddies you can take everywhere. The assortment includes Elmo, Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Bert & Ernie, plus a mystery character waiting to be discovered. Which neighbor will find a home on your phone?
And because we wanted to unlock even more memories, every Phone Buddy comes with a coordinating 2" character sticker featuring classic Sesame Street artwork. Peel the backing from your Phone Buddy, stick it to your phone or case, and suddenly one of your oldest friends is hanging out with you all over again. Each mystery box contains one Phone Buddy and one coordinating sticker. Collect all 6, trade with your friends, and see who you discover! This is a blind-box collectible, so the character you receive is a surprise. Characters cannot be selected and all sales are final.

In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay on shipping, you'll be notified through email immediately.
Email with tracking number will be sent out once item is shipped. If your package is lost or damaged please contact us so we can help you file a claim through the shipping company.
Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please make separate orders.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- In-Stock Items: Ships within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery typically within 3-7 business days after shipment.
- Pre-Order Items: Ships on or after the estimated arrival (ETA) date listed on the product page. Delivery timeframes begin once the item ships.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Delivery times vary by destination; customs processing may add additional time.
Store Pick-Up:
We offer free store pick up for online orders. Select this option at checkout for your shipping method. We hold orders for up to 90 days. Once the 90 days has passed, your order will be canceled and refunded as store credit. Contact us if you need more time to pick up your order.
Free Shipping Promotion:
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $100.
- Free shipping cannot be combined with discounts codes, rewards, affiliate codes, or promotional sales.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on in-store purchases.
Online Orders
Online orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only — no cash or card refunds will be provided. Return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.
