Pre-order Policy

All Pre-orders dates are subject to change. Those dates are just estimates and can arrive later due to delays. When pre-ordering please keep that in mind. We would love to have all items in stock and ship it out immediately but unfortunately delays happen. Check out our new Pre-order Updates page for up to date information regarding an item on Pre-order.

Cancellations

Cancelled Pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We can waive this fee if your prefer the refund to be returned as store credit onto a gift card. The gift card will have no expiration date or restrictions.

Shipping

Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please make separate orders. Free shipping on orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous states. Due to licensing restrictions, we only ship to US and Canada.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of checkout. Sezzle and Shop Pay in 4 is available to use which breaks your total into 4 small payments every 2 weeks. There is no interest or credit check to use either options.

Discounts/Rewards

Only 1 discount or reward can be applied per transaction. You may not combined and we cannot apply codes after an order is placed. Earn 5 gold coins for every $1 spent which can be used to redeem reward dollars.

*New 10% OFF all pre-orders promotion starts Feb. 28th at 9pm pst. Only new pre-order items listed on or after that date/time will apply towards the promotion. Previous pre-order items from Dec 2021, Jan 2022, and Feb 2022 will not apply towards this promotion. Mayor and Sauron Restocks are also excluded from this promotion. New and future exclusives are included in this promotion unless otherwise stated. Rewards and other discount codes cannot be combined with this promotion, only 1 discount/reward per transaction. Code must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied after order has been submitted..

Order Changes/Updates

If you need to update your address or make any changes to your order, you will need to contact us at customerservice@grottotreasures.com so we can manually update it.
