Pre-Orders

All pre-order release dates are estimated and are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer or shipping delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
We are happy to waive the cancellation fee if you choose to receive your refund as store credit issued on a Grotto Treasures gift card.
Gift cards have no expiration date and no usage restrictions.

Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items will ship only when all items in the order are available.
If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts, rewards, promotional offers, or sales unless otherwise stated.
Due to licensing restrictions, we currently ship only within the United States and Canada.

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
We accept Sezzle and Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments made every two weeks (subject to provider approval). No hard credit check is required to use these payment options.

Only one discount code or reward may be applied per order. Discounts and rewards cannot be combined. This includes the free shipping discount.
Discount codes and rewards cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Earn 5 Gold Coins for every $1 spent, which can be redeemed for reward dollars on future purchases.

While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.
