Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. All transactions are final sale.

If there is any issue with your item/order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders during shipment, but we do ask that you contact us so we can help you file a claim through the shipping company. 

Please note that Loungefly bags will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips, stitching, or small spots. These are not consider defects or flaws and do not qualify for a return or exchange. All over print items will have different placements on each product, we do not offer return or exchanges based on specific placements. Our team will do our best to inspect every item before shipment for major flaws such as rips, tears, unravel stitching, or missing print.
