In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay on shipping, you'll be notified through email immediately.
Email with tracking number will be sent out once item is shipped. If your package is lost or damaged please contact us so we can help you file a claim through the shipping company.
Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please make separate orders.
Shipping Carrier & Service
We want to make sure your order gets to you safely and efficiently!
Please keep in mind that the shipping carrier or service selected at checkout may not always be the carrier or service we ultimately use. Our checkout system calculates shipping primarily based on the weight of your items, but it does not always account for the size of the box or the number of boxes needed for larger or multiple-item orders.
Because of this, the shipping amount shown at checkout may occasionally be different from the actual cost of shipping your order.
For orders with multiple items or larger packages, we may choose a different carrier or shipping service based on the best available rate, package size, weight, and delivery options. This allows us to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while making sure your order is shipped safely.
In short: the carrier or service selected at checkout is not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding as we choose the best shipping option for your order!

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- In-Stock Items: Ships within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery typically within 3-7 business days after shipment.
- Pre-Order Items: Ships on or after the estimated arrival (ETA) date listed on the product page. Delivery timeframes begin once the item ships.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Delivery times vary by destination; customs processing may add additional time.
Free Shipping Promotion:
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $100.
- Free shipping cannot be combined with discounts codes, rewards, affiliate codes, or promotional sales.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
