Cancellations
- Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- We are happy to waive the cancellation fee if you choose to receive your refund as store credit issued on a Grotto Treasures gift card.
- Gift cards have no expiration date and no usage restrictions.
Shipping
- Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items will ship only when all items in the order are available.
- If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts, rewards, promotional offers, or sales unless otherwise stated.
- Due to licensing restrictions, we currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Payment
- Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
- We accept Sezzle and Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments made every two weeks (subject to provider approval). No hard credit check is required to use these payment options.
Discounts & Rewards
- Only one discount code or reward may be applied per order. Discounts and rewards cannot be combined. This includes the free shipping discount.
- Discount codes and rewards cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
- Earn 5 Gold Coins for every $1 spent, which can be redeemed for reward dollars on future purchases.
Order Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address or request changes to your order, please contact us at customerservice@grottotreasures.com as soon as possible.
- While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.
SHIPPING

In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay on shipping, you'll be notified through email immediately.
Email with tracking number will be sent out once item is shipped. If your package is lost or damaged please contact us so we can help you file a claim through the shipping company.
Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please make separate orders.

For orders with multiple items or larger packages, we may choose a different carrier or shipping service based on the best available rate, package size, weight, and delivery options. This allows us to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while making sure your order is shipped safely.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- In-Stock Items: Ships within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery typically within 3-7 business days after shipment.
- Pre-Order Items: Ships on or after the estimated arrival (ETA) date listed on the product page. Delivery timeframes begin once the item ships.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Delivery times vary by destination; customs processing may add additional time.
Store Pick-Up:
We offer free store pick up for online orders. Select this option at checkout for your shipping method. We hold orders for up to 90 days. Once the 90 days has passed, your order will be canceled and refunded as store credit. Contact us if you need more time to pick up your order.
Free Shipping Promotion:
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $100.
- Free shipping cannot be combined with discounts codes, rewards, affiliate codes, or promotional sales.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
