I ordered two bags on one transaction. I received both at the same time. The Yzma cat bag was fine but the Cruz bag not so good. I believe the material of the bag made it more at risk for marks, but I thought the protection of the tissue paper would have helped. There were a lot of marks, smudges and scratches on the bag. I was able to gently wipe some the smudges and marks but the scratches are still there. Makes me nervous for when the bag is used!!
